Shipping and Shipping Methods:
All orders are shipped within 2-3 days, the day After your order is received, using the shipping method you have requested. If you would like your order process faster please call us at 203-734-9200 to Expedite your order.

There is a $5.00 "Expedited Charge" to process your order ahead of other customer orders placed before your order.
Please call Before 1 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for Expedited Shipping. When you call After 1pm we will try to accommodate your Expedited request. We will always try to help you!
Fulfillment and Availability:
Please call our sales department. If we are not available to take your call we will contact you at the phone number and or cell number you have provided.
Watchus.com ships 80% - 100% complete. Unless you inform us otherwise, Watchus.com will ship your order as soon as possible with a minimum of 80% or more of the inventory that is on hand. If the quantities merit, the balance of the order will be back-ordered (see back-orders).

Shipping Methods And Handling Charges:
We will always find the least expensive method to ship either USPS or UPS unless otherwise specified by you. They include:
Handling Charges: May vary based on the type of order you place but usually these charges are between $1.00 to $2.00. This handling charge covers the cost of box, packing materials, tape, and other materials that we use to ship the order.
Back-orders under $25.00 will not be shipped. Back-orders under $25.00, or over two (2) months old, will automatically be canceled without notice. Please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks for delivery for backorders of $25.00 or more. Call and follow-up on your back-orders if you have specific deadlines. Please re-order styles if the back-order is Under $25.00 on your next order. Shipping is charged for back-orders.
Please call for an R.A.N. Number. Merchandise will not be processed unless an R.A.N. Number (Return Authorization Number) is written on the outside of the package (e.g. "RAN#123").
When you call please have the following information ready:
A. The reason for your requested return for each item.
B. Invoice number
C. Date of purchase
D. Your name
E. If you have a business, the name of your company.
Returns will be refused if a RAN Number is not present and legible on the outside of the package. Watch Us is not responsible for returned merchandise that has no RAN Number. We cannot issue credit nor will we be responsible for any additional item(s) added to your RAN that are returned unauthorized.
Watchface Returns: The customer has one ( 1 ) year from the date of purchase to request a Watch Face return for the movement only. See above for RA details.
Non-defective returns: A minimum return charge of $20.00 or a 20% surcharge (whichever is higher) will be charged for all returns that are not defective. The customer has five (5) business days (Mon.-Fri.) from the date the merchandise is received to call Watchus.com concerning a return request.
Defective merchandise: Watchus.com will replace defective merchandise when received in our warehouse.
